Students aren’t the only ones embarking on new adventures this school year.
On August 21, 2024, 13 educators began their first year at CHCA, and three assumed new roles on campus.
These new faculty members join the ranks of more than 200 teachers, academic coaches, and others across CHCA’s four campuses who demonstrate excellence and Christ-centeredness in and out of the classroom. Representing a myriad of backgrounds and specialties, they bring both innovative pedagogical approaches and subject-matter expertise to their respective positions, allowing students to receive well-rounded instruction and guidance.
Maintaining CHCA’s elite level of academics yet nurturing environment requires both an advanced understanding of how to educate students and a rooted faith that seeks to lead others toward Christ in everything they do—even algebra. Over the years, this approach has resulted in tenured faculty who year after year change students’ lives, becoming mentors as students advance through grades.
This year’s new educators have all displayed a deep vocational calling to be teachers, as evidenced by their heart for students; the ways they valued and embraced being part of a vibrant Christian community; and their love for creative, innovative teaching. They each value the relationships they are beginning to build and have shown a commitment to shaping CHCA’s students into image bearers who live out their calling and shine the light of the gospel wherever they go.
Welcome to our 2024–25 new faculty and staff members!
