Audiences loved "Something Rotten!"--a laugh-out-loud musical, put on by our Upper School Gr 9-12 Theatre students this fall. But could there be a deeper meaning behind its theme: "To thine own self be true"? Director Susan Jung shared her thoughts on this topic and also talks about the "spirit of the cast."
The CHCA Theatre Department dazzled audiences with the production of Finding Nemo KIDS, featuring 39 students in Gr 4-5.
The Upper School Theatre Department started the school year with a one-of-a-kind production, written by Susan Jung and the cast members themselves. The results had audience members deliberating, thinking, questioning, and laughing all at the same time.
Armleder's artist-in-residence this year is local artist, Brandon Hawkins. He and his wife, Ewaniki Hawkins, are the founders of Soul Palette—a company that brings art education and appreciation to life through paint party experiences, lessons, and interactive group projects.
