Did you know that we have a crowned Miss Ohio in our midst? Teen Miss Dance of Ohio 2023 to be exact. Meet Haydyn Jackson (Gr 7)! At the beginning of this month, Haydyn earned this prestigious title as she competed in five different categories: ballet, jazz, modern, acro, and tap. She also went through an interview process with a panel of judges. Thirty-three contestants competed from all over Ohio, ranging in age from 13 to 15 years old. This summer, Haydyn will go on to compete at Dance Masters of America in Atlanta, Georgia! 

Haydyn is no stranger to this competition, however. Previous titles she has earned include Junior Miss Dance of Ohio, Petite Miss Dance of Ohio, Junior First Runner-Up of America, and Petite Miss Dance of America!
