2021-2022 Gr 4-6 Socials

There's a good chance that many of you have never experienced a UE Social.  Here is the perfect opportunity to see for yourself one of the many reasons we LOVE UE!! 

The fall social is a mixture of carnival style games, activities, arts & crafts and of course, food.

11/03/21 at noon - Registration Closes

11/05/21 - 3:15 p.m. - No Eagle Zone after-school care

11/05/21 - 5:15 p.m. - Pick up students using standard carpool procedures

Please Note: All volunteers must be fingerprinted prior to being with students.  To make your appointment at the Welcome Center, email Judi.Davis@chca-oh.org. 

This 5 minute process requires your driver's license + a 2nd form of identification (passport, SS card, or birth certificate) and is valid for 5 years.
