CHCA + Veracross: Learn More

Click the portal button above or go to http://portals.veracross.com/chca then enter your username and password. If you forgot your login information, click the “Can’t access your account?” link to generate a password re-set email.

To switch between your Veracross Portals, click on the Greek column in the header (in the gold box below) to view your other portal choices.

Veracross uses 128-bit SSL encryption, so all interactions are secure. It is important that you do not share your log-on information with anyone.

1. Access a Veracross Portal.
2. Click on your initials on the upper-right.
3. Click on the "Change Password" link and follow the instructions.

Once you're logged into your portal, click Update Household Profile.  This allows you to update information, choose what gets published in directories, and add contacts and pickup authorizations.

Everyone should review their information each summer and update their information as changes occur during the school year.

Yes! Note Veracross defaults to publishing all information unless you change this.

No. Only Canvas knows about Gr 4-12 daily assignments and grades. There are links to Canvas in the Veracross portals, the website, and the CHCA App.

No, but Veracross portals are available via a web browser and are mobile responsive.  Open portals.veracross.com/chca on your mobile device to access your portal.
