• 04/11/25 - Grade 9-12 families review Course Options after receiving email about Winter Term 2026.
• 04/11/25 - 04/29/25  - Online Course Optioning.
• 04/22/25 - Deadline for ISP Students to submit choices to Mrs. Juneau.  (Host families do NOT submit online options for ISP Students.)
• 04/29/25 @ 3:00 p.m. - Deadline to submit Online Course Options and be considered on time. (Parent signature only required if more than 1 submittal for Student ID.)
• 05/16/25 (after 4:00 p.m.) - Parents receive email confirmation of student placement; UltraCamp opens.
• 05/30/25 - Deadline to complete registration and pay deposit via UltraCamp to keep one's place in assigned course.
• 06/03/24 – Students assigned to a waitlist course  who have not completed their UltraCamp registration and paid the deposit may be removed from the course and a student from the waitlist may be placed in the course. 
• Starting 06/13/25 - $50 Late Registration Fee applied to all students who have not completed their online registration.
• 08/08/25 - Automatic Payment for courses $2000+ (Reminder sent 10 days prior).
• 09/05/25 - Automatic Payment (Reminder sent 10 days prior).
• 10/03/25 - Automatic Payment (Reminder sent 10 days prior).
• 01/05/26 - 01/16/26 - WinterTerm 2026

1. Evaluate Choices:

• Intersession Course Placement Q and A

• Course Summary and Payment Amounts

2. Submit Course Options:

• Submit the Intersession 9-12 online form then follow instruction in the reply email. On-Time deadline to submit course options is Tuesday, 04/29/25 by 3:00 p.m.

3. Register and Pay Deposit:

• Check email confirmation with course placement and session password
• UltraCamp registration opens 05/16/25, due 05/30/25
