A. CHCA Notifies Acceptance and Issue I-20

The Admission Committee reviews each student’s file. All discussions regarding applications are held in strict confidence. Admission decisions consider the applicant’s potential for success in CHCA’s program and the parents’ desire for a Christ-centered education for their children. Parents will be notified in writing of the Admission Committee’s decision; reasons for the decision are not disclosed to applicants. The school reserves the right to (1) retract an offer of admission to a student previously accepted if the final transcript reveals performance or behavior that is unacceptable to CHCA’s standard for admission; and/or (2) retract an offer of admission or rescind the Enrollment Contract if it learns of any omission or intentional misrepresentation on the Application for Admission.

B. CHCA Helpful Reminder for Visa Process

If offered enrollment, the Admission Office will issue an I-20 and send this original document to the student in their home country.

The family must schedule an appointment with an area U.S. Consulate to obtain the F1 Visa. (In the event that an F1 Visa request is denied, the admission process ends. All fees and deposits paid to CHCA during the admission process are non-refundable.)

Pay careful attention to all requests and fees as you go through the visa process.
