Need-Based Tuition Assistance

We understand tuition is a significant investment, so we actively partner with families who demonstrate a financial need.

If you plan to apply for need-based tuition assistance for the upcoming school year, there are three required applications. Please note the application deadlines.

1. FAST Financial Aid Application

(November 15 - February 15) for the upcoming school year, but all applications will be considered on a rolling basis.)

FAST Financial Aid is an outside firm that determines need.  Visit FAST to apply for tuition assistance and complete the FAST online application. FAST determines what, if any, student need exists and returns a confidential report to CHCA’s Tuition Assistance Committee to guide them in making tuition assistance award decisions.

*Note: Also for families with students at Armleder AND one of our North Campuses

FAST Online Application

Students attending the Armleder Campus may qualify for significant tuition assistance through the Lindner Scholars Program, a $30 million scholarship fund created to support students at Armleder. Families can apply for Lindner Scholarships by completing and submitting the Clarity application along with their most recent tax return. Lindner Scholarships will be based on need as determined by Clarity. Contact the Admissions Office with questions.

2. OH EdChoice

(Application opens February 1. We encourage you to apply early for the most favorable consideration.)

The Educational Choice Scholarship (EdChoice) Program provides students from designated public schools the opportunity to attend participating private schools. The program also provides students scholarship opportunities based on their household income level. EdChoice is available for qualifying grade K – 6 students at CHCA’s Armleder Campus and Grades 7–12 at the Upper School.

3. OCEN SGO

(December 1 for the upcoming school year)

These awards are funded through the redirection of tax dollars by generous members of our school community to make Christian education a possibility for those who may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend CHCA. While all students at participating OCEN member schools are eligible to apply, awards will be prioritized for students with demonstrated financial need. Award amounts may vary.
