Enns Scholarship Application
Mrs. Enns' passion and legacy lives on
The Della Enns Private Music Lesson Scholarship was established in memory of Mrs. Enns - a gifted pianist, singer, teacher, and spiritual mentor to many. Della taught hundreds of CHCA students over her 21 years of dedicated service. Scholarships for CHCA music students will continue Della’s passion and legacy within the CHCA community and be awarded to Gr 5-12 students demonstrating merit and financial need.
The Enns Scholarship is only available for instrumental or vocal lessons in CHCA’s Private Music Lesson Program. The financial award will mirror the percentage of need-based tuition assistance awarded by CHCA. The balance of private music lesson tuition and any applicable instrument rental fees will be paid by the family.
Della Enns Private Music Lesson Scholarship Process
Tip: Since your specified music teacher automatically receives a copy of your application, we recommend requesting their recommendation before your press submit below.
- Family completes application below. (The Director of Fine Arts and your specified music teacher automatically receive a copy.)
- Music Teacher completes recommendation below. (The Director of Fine Arts automatically receives a copy.)
- Director of Fine Arts confirms financial eligibility with Student Billing.
- The Scholarship Committee, comprised of Director of Fine Arts and Gr 5-12 classroom music teachers, will select the scholarship recipients based upon the eligibility and award criteria outlined above. Awards will be made pending availability of scholarship funds.
- Applicants will be notified of results via an email from the Director of Fine Arts, which will include information for Private Music Lesson Program UltraCamp registrations.
- Granted scholarships will be applied as a discount on your Private Music Lesson Program registration in UltraCamp.
