Updated COVID-19 Protocol for Preschoolers at CHCA (1/12/2022)
- Preschool students who test positive for COVID-19 will need to isolate at home for 10 days. They will be eligible to return to CHCA on day 11 if they have been fever-free for 24 hours and their symptoms are improving.
- Preschool students who are exposed to COVID-19 at home or school will need to quarantine at home for 5 days and can return to CHCA on day 6 if all the following apply:
- Negative COVID-19 test on day 5.
- They have no symptoms of COVID-19.
- They can wear a mask properly over their nose and mouth except when actively eating and drinking on days 6-10.
CHCA will follow state and health department mandates as we continue to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. Thank you for your partnership.
