Apply to CHCA

We’re thrilled you’ve decided to apply to CHCA.  We understand that choosing a school for your child is one of the most important decisions your family will make.
 

We accept applications on a rolling basis, and we’re happy to work with you every step of the way.  CHCA partners with Veracross for our online application, which is the hub for everything you need to apply to CHCA. Here you will submit your information, track your child’s application progress, and register for our events (explore our visit options here).

Application Process

The complete list of steps for a candidate to apply to Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy can be accessed in Veracross.  To apply, follow these steps: 

  1. Log into your Veracross account and click Manage Your Application Checklist.
  2. Complete the Application and Agreement and Fee sections requirements
  3. Request Supporting Documents from your current school which include recommendations and school records.
  4. Submit File Uploads (photo, birth certificate, etc.)

Family interviews are scheduled after a review of the complete application file. Qualified applicants being considered for admission are invited with their parents to meet with one of our Principals for a family interview.

Applicants receiving an offer of admission are invited to enroll within two weeks of receiving their notification. All discussions regarding applications are held in strict confidence and admission decision reasons are not disclosed.
