Tomorrow is our field day and as a special end of the year treat, we have Kona Ice worked into the game rotation. For lunch, the school will provide hot dogs from Pop-A-Dog and bottled water. Students may bring a sack lunch. Please be sure to send your child to school with sunscreen and a water bottle labeled with their name.

We are excited that next week will be Operation Impact! Students will explore how to use their passions to impact the world! Make plans to join us on Thursday, 05/30/19, 12:45-1:30 pm, for the Gallery Walk. Each group will have a designated table or area and will be ready to eagerly share their BIG ideas with you. Come see the ways God has worked in our students to impact His world!

UE Office

Yearbooks have arrived and will be disbursed next Thursday, 05/30/19, for those that placed orders. If you would like to purchase a yearbook, we will have a limited number available for sale in the office for $20. You can pay by cash or checks can be made payable to CHCA.

Next Friday, 05/31/19, is our last day of school. We will dismiss at 11:30 a.m. It is a non-uniform day.

Mrs. Jackie Cebulskie, Parent Volunteer

Do you have Lands End uniform pieces or spirit wear that you no longer need?  Why not donate them to our Eagle Clothing Swap?  Volunteers will be collecting your gently used, clean Lands End uniform and spirit wear donations in morning carpool at both EBL Campus and Upper E 4-6 on Friday, 05/31/19.  You can also drop off donations directly in the swap area donation bin, anytime the EBL building is open. If you are in need of uniforms or spirit wear, please stop down to the swap and take what you can use. It’s free!

Mrs. Tricia Marmer, Founders' Campus Nurse

Parents must pick up any medications their child has in the Health Office by the end of the last day of school, Friday, 05/31/19, at 11:30 a.m.  All emergency medications for allergies/asthma need to stay in clinic until dismissal on 05/31/19. Students are not allowed to transport any of their own medication home. Any medications left after that time will be disposed of. As a reminder, all medication permission forms automatically expire at the end of the school year.

Mrs. Julie Carnes

Mrs. Kathy Wesson, UE Administrative Assistant

Have you ever wondered how to volunteer on the UE campus? Wondered what parents do for Back-to-School Kick-Off, UE Socials, Field Day, Operation Impact, class parties, student birthdays or just helping teachers and the office as needed? We have spots for parents to be on campus once a week, month or quarter and if you work outside the home or not. Even if your kids think they don't need you...we need you! Click on the title for more details on how to volunteer at the Upper Elementary.
