A CHCA Team for the Cincinnati Flying Pig Kids 26th mile event is now forming. The required registration is on the Flying Pig Website and ends 04/21/19. Click here to sign up. After completing the first 25 miles of the marathon, in small increments and at your own pace, you will join the Flying Pig Kids’ Marathon 26th Mile Event on Saturday, 05/04/19 at 12:00 p.m. at Cincinnati’s riverfront. This event is designed for children ages 5-12 and their fitness buddies to cover the final marathon mile on the real Flying Pig Marathon course. Contact meganboni@hotmail.com with questions. Returning families seeking tuition assistance for next school year are reminded to submit their complete tuition assistance application to Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST) no later than 04/01/19. Your application must include your 2019 tax return in order to be considered. Contact Natalie Pfister, Director of Enrollment, with any questions.

The Social Institute is an organization that empowers students to navigate social media positively. They use a refreshing approach to teach students to make positive, high-character choices whenever using social media and technology. They will be on campus Thursday, 03/28/19 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. for an evening parent presentation and Friday, 03/29/19 for student assemblies (age appropriate) Grades 4-12. Be on the lookout for more information sent via the Head of School’s mailbox on Monday, 03/04/19. It will contain a link to a five-minute survey in preparation for the parent presentation.
Academic, fine arts, and athletic options are now available at CHCA-oh.org/summer. Invite friends to join your students; non-CHCA students are welcome! A few more camps may be coming!
