Junior College Planning Meetings- dates available through February!

Junior Meeting time registrations are live in Pick-a-Time. We are offering several meeting options during the day as well as late afternoons and evenings to try to accommodate various schedules. The rest of these meetings will take place in January, and February.  Each meeting will last approximately 1- 1 ½ hours.  Because these meetings are lengthy, we suggest using the student’s PRT to accomplish them.  Please note that due to length your student will likely miss some of the class following the PRT.  Students are responsible for work missed in class.  It is their responsibility to communicate with the teacher ahead of time to get permission to miss class.

The online registration process through Pick-a-Time is open now and will remain open until the middle of February.  We currently have our availability posted through February.

Students are asked to complete the Junior Questionnaire in Naviance at least 2 days before the scheduled meeting and parents are asked to complete the Parent Questionnaire in Naviance as well.

To access Naviance and Pick-a-Time please go to the US Counseling website https://www.chca-oh.org/my-upper-school/my-counseling

NKY Tutoring ACT Math Practice Tests

A note from Tony Miglio- CEO and Founder of NKY Tutoring

Does your son or daughter struggle with the math section of the ACT?   Are you confused on how to best help them?  NKY Tutoring has a service that WILL help!

NKY Tutoring now has the ability to offer a practice ACT Math test to students – and generate a report that will break out the strengths and weaknesses of the student on this test.   From there, we will schedule a 1-1 consultation with the parents/student to walk them through the results and provide guidance on the best approach and path to keep growing their score.  This feedback is crucial for students to be able to leverage their strengths, identify their weaknesses and build out the plan for success.  All of this for just $50.

To sign up now, you can visit http://nkytutoring.com/practicetest/ to register.
