CHCA ELP & Lower E Header
Randy Brunk, Head of School

Traditionally, Thanksgiving is when we give thanks for the people, circumstances and provision with which God has blessed us, and Christmas tends to be more of a time when we focus on Jesus, God’s most important and precious gift.  I like that rhythm and celebrate it as such every year.  But as I prepared to write a Christmas message this year, I just kept coming to how thankful I am for the amazing people that make up the CHCA family.  To Read More, Click on the Title.

The MCC carpool road is ONE-WAY only from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. each day.  No cars are to be going from the MCC parking lot towards the CHCA parking lot in any situation during these hours.  Students and or parents may cross during carpool and our Aide is there to assist them so keep an eye out for them.  Also ECLC parents, please DO NOT back up in the ECLC drive at any time.  This important reminder keeps all of our children and families safe.  Thank You

This week's Beacons of the Week are the eleven CHCA seniors who began their CHCA years at our Armleder campus. Fun fact: This entire class graduated from Armleder and all headed to MSL 9-12 campus for high school. They recently came together to share their experiences with the Armleder Committee and to reunite with Principal Cammie Montgomery and staff. Click on the title to read more about these remarkable seniors.

Do you know a child or have a loved one who has been impacted by trauma? CHCA is partnering with Back2Back Ministries in joining a mission to become a trauma-informed community. Our faculty and staff are participating in an in-service day work session in February, and we're inviting our parent community to learn more and get informed as well. We will be hosting a presentation just for parents at CHCA's MSL campus on 02/20/19, 7:00-9:00 p.m. Details and R.S.V.P. to come.
