Dorie Cucinotta, RN Parents must pick up any medications their child has in the Health Office by the last day of school, Friday, 6/1/2018, 11:30 a.m. Students in grades PK to 8 are not allowed to transport medication home. Students in grades 9-12 may transport over the counter medications home however, parents must sign out prescription medication. Any medications left after that time will be disposed of. As a reminder, all medication permission forms automatically expire at the end of the school year so please have your child’s doctor sign a new form this summer.
