We are sad to lose colleagues and friends, but we can’t let them go without a big CHCA Goodbye! Please join us as we say FAREWELL to these amazing people: Heather Briggs, Kim Cassity, Nancy Isenberg, Michelle Langenderfer “Mrs. L” and Misty Meyer.  We will gather in the EBL Gym on Thursday, 05/24/18 from 3:45-4:45 pm.  Light refreshments will be served.

Jackie Cebulskie

Stop down to the lower level of EBL, below the Scrip Shop, to see if there are uniform items your child can use for next year. Take what you need, when you need it.  Leave items for others, when you can. Please help keep the swap area nice. Donations should only be placed directly into size bins or inside the donation barrel.  Only donate items that are clean and in good shape. After you look through items, please leave the area better than you found it.  This is the time of year when you will go through your items at home that your child has outgrown and thus prepare for next year.  Our new families who come over the summer months love to come to the swap and find items that will work for them!

Lauren Walker-EBL Homeroom Parent Coordinator

Would you be interested in becoming a Home Room Parent or Assistant Home Room Parent for the 2018-2019 school year?  We would love for you to be involved.  Click the title for more information on this exciting opportunity!

Tables will be set up outside the gym with items from the lost and found bin.  On Friday, 6/01/18 after 11:40 p.m. the items will be cleaned, packed up and donated.  Thank You.

Parents must pick up any medications their child has in the Health Office by the last day of school, Friday, 6/1/2018, 11:30 a.m.  Students in grades PK to 8 are not allowed to transport  medication home.  Students in grades 9-12 may transport over the counter medications home however, parents must sign out prescription medication. Any medications left after that time will be disposed of.  As a reminder, all medication permission forms automatically expire at the end of the school year so please have your child’s doctor sign a new form this summer.
