If you have not done so already, please take a few minutes to complete the CHCA Constituent Survey.This Constituent Survey is an e-survey that provides you with a way to respond to your level of satisfaction covering the wide variety of school programs. All facets of our community are being asked to participate, as this survey is a required part of our ISACS re-accreditation process. The survey can take as little as 10 minutes to complete.
