Grades 9-12 Shadow Visits
Experience our community and see why so many students call CHCA home.
Our shadow visits provide the opportunity for Grades 8–11 students to spend a day in the life of a CHCA student. With a hand-selected Student Ambassador—whose interests are similar to their own—your student will attend classes, meet with program directors, and get a sense of what it’s like to be an official Eagle.
Shadow visits last for an entire school day, from 7:50 a.m.–2:45 p.m., and are limited to five students per day, so if you are interested in scheduling a shadow for your student, we suggest doing so as soon as possible. Once we receive your completed form, we will contact you to confirm your student’s shadow date.
Parent Tour Opportunity: On select shadow visit days, we also offer parent tours for you to explore our Martha S. Lindner Campus and get a sense of where your student will learn. These tours take place from 8:00–9:00 a.m, after your student is dropped off for their shadow visit.
While here, your student will:
- Tour the school
- Attend classes with a Student Ambassador
- Enjoy lunch and connection bell
- Meet with our Student Life Director
- Meet with our athletic and/or fine arts team
- Experience chapel if they visit on a Thursday
