Kim Siman
Director of Admissions & Lower School Admissions (North Campus, Grades 4–6)
(513) 247-9944 x214
Favorite Scripture: Ephesians 3:20
A native of Montgomery, Ohio, Kim graduated from Miami University with a bachelor's in marketing and worked in corporate advertising for 10 years before staying home to raise her three boys. When the time came to enroll her oldest in kindergarten, Kim and her husband chose CHCA. Their twins soon followed, and God opened the door for Kim to return to work as part of CHCA’s Admissions team. In her role, she’s guided countless families through the Admissions process while sharing her own experience as a parent to three “lifers.”
“I love being part of the team that welcomes students and families to a life-changing school and community. From a family’s first point of contact until their first day of school, I enjoy getting to know their stories and guiding them through their journey to pursue a CHCA education.”
Audrey Keyes '95
Associate Director of Upper School Admissions (Grades 7–12) & Alumni Engagement
(513) 247-9944 x251
Favorite Scripture: Colossians 3:23
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Audrey was part of CHCA’s first graduating class in 1995. Her passion for art led her to Savannah College of Art & Design, where she obtained a bachelor's in graphic design. Before joining CHCA’s Admissions team, she worked in advertising and marketing, owning her own agency for seven years and serving in the C-suite of a digital media startup. When her daughter started at CHCA as a freshman in 2019, Audrey soon followed, officially joining the team full time in 2021. Her current role involves guiding Upper School families through the Admissions process, as well as overseeing CHCA’s Alumni Office.
“I love my job because I get to meet so many people and tell them about this amazing school. It has been a joy to watch students and their families come into our community, flourish, then head off to college. One of my favorite things to hear from a family at the end of a tour is, ‘Oh my goodness—I think I want to come back to school!’”
Sarah Butts
Admissions Counselor (North Campus, PK2–Grade 3)
(513) 247-9944 x259
Favorite Scripture: Jeremiah 29:11
Originally from Marietta, Ohio, Sarah moved to South Carolina shortly after college, where she spent 10 years in marketing at Williams & Fudge, met her husband, and started a family. After 15 years, they made the move to Ohio, landing in Cincinnati and finding themselves in search of a community to do life with. CHCA fit the bill. With her son enrolled, Sarah found a place on our Admissions team, first expanding our Ed Choice program and later moving into her current position as an Admissions Counselor.
“I want each family to experience the joy and excitement of being here just as we did when we first came to CHCA. Helping new families connect with our community is one of my favorite things about this job.”
Robin Graff
Admissions Counselor (Armleder Campus, PK3/4–Grade 6)
(513) 247-9944 x401
Favorite Scripture: Psalm 105:4
Born and raised in Georgia, Robin graduated from Georgia Southwestern State University with a master's in education and worked in Special Education for several years. After starting a family, she stayed home to raise her children. Robin and her family moved to Cincinnati in 1997. As her children grew older, she decided to return to teaching. Robin served on the administration team and taught Math at a private school, and after working there for 10 years, she felt it was time for a career change. At just the right time, the Lord opened a door for her at CHCA’s Armleder Campus.
“I love working at CHCA Armleder because I get to help families provide an opportunity to send their children to a school with a nurturing and enriching environment where they can thrive spiritually, academically, and socially.”
Melissa Juneau
Director of International Student Programs
(513) 247-9944 x322
Favorite Scripture: Colossians 3:17
When Melissa and her husband moved to Cincinnati from Arkansas, she wasn’t looking for a job. Having taught in public school during the 2020 pandemic, she thought she’d take a break to pursue other interests: traveling, furthering her education, and hosting more J-1 visa students. But a late-night internet search led her to a job posting in Admissions at CHCA, and the rest is history. Working with our international students has proved to be the perfect position for Melissa, whose passion for building connections and learning about new cultures has helped the program flourish.
“What excites me most is the mission-centered focus of this role. Our students come from diverse spiritual backgrounds, so it’s fulfilling to provide them an opportunity to learn about Jesus and be surrounded by Christian educators who live out their faith.”
Laura Babba
Tuition Assistant & Ed Choice Specialist
(513) 247-9944 x216
Favorite Scripture: Proverbs 3:5-6
Having lived in Mississippi, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Kentucky, Laura, a West Lafayette, Indiana, native, landed in Cincinnati in 2024 when her family relocated from Lexington. CHCA’s academics and programs caught her attention, and the family soon enrolled their three children. With a bachelor's in dance from Belhaven University and experience in education, she joins our Admissions team ready to help families make a CHCA education possible through tuition assistance and Ed Choice.
“I love being a part of such a wonderful team and working with all of the amazing families that attend CHCA.”
Jenny Gatzke
Financial Aid & Data Assistant
(513) 247-9944 x280
Favorite Scripture: Philippians 4:6
From a small farm town in Southwest Missouri, Jenny put her undergrad in business administration and MBA from the University of Arkansas to good use while working in corporate retail. Roles at Walmart's headquarters as a senior buyer, account manager for the Disney Consumer Products division, and in sales laid a strong foundation for connecting with others. When Jenny’s family relocated from Boston to Cincinnati in 2020, they fell in love with CHCA because of the school’s community and Christ-centered education. She soon joined the Admissions team, where her vast experience and knowledge have strengthened our processes.
“The team is absolutely what makes coming to work so rewarding, along with being able to support our school in a small way. Especially having no family locally, CHCA and the families here have become such an important part of our lives.”
