Purpose: |
Inspire kids to develop soccer skills and to be safe, inclusive, imaginative, and growth-minded as they enjoy discovering new ways to have fun with a ball anywhere.
What is street soccer? |
What makes Street Soccer fun?

- Versatile and adaptable to various numbers of players and playing areas.
- Played with adaptable rules that are most similar to Futsal.
- Played on any surface (grass, cement, etc.).
- Played with goals made from various materials (cones, backpacks, rocks, socks, etc.),
- Goals vary in size, and can be protected by a keeper or not.
- Played with a ball of any size or material (Pelé played with a ball made from rags, and children around the word make balls from plastic bags and other materials)

- Street soccer can be played virtually anywhere, any time.
- Focuses on fun, flashy skills to beat opponents and score goals.
- Variations include panna competitions (tunnels) and challenges to make games fun and competitive.
- Many of the greatest players grew up playing street soccer for fun before they became legends.

Tuesdays 3:15 - 4:30 p.m.
Students not picked up from AS Lobby by 4:35 p.m. will be sent to Armleder Achievers for a daily charge |

Cost: |
Armleder Street Eagles Soccer: $25 per 7 week session, includes t-shirt and band (colored wristband that shows the player’s progress level)
Armleder Afterschool Achievers: $25 registration if not already registered; $11.55/day each day this child attends regardless of how long they stay. Nonrefundable, minimum charge of $11.55 collected in full at registration. |

Expected Parent Involvement: |
- Send your child with a change of clothes (appropriate to play soccer in), athletic shoes, shin guards, and a water bottle.
- Pick up students by 4:35 p.m. from AS Lobby or they will be sent to Armleder Achievers for a daily charge.
- Read email communications.
- Notify sponsor if your student will NOT be attending on any given day.
