AP Course Offerings
Ready for a Challenge?
Advanced Placement (AP®) programming, a cooperative educational endeavor between secondary schools, colleges, and the College Board, provides an opportunity for high school students to pursue and receive credit for college-level coursework. Many students enjoy the challenge and teachers find that A.P. classes greatly enhance students’ confidence and academic interests. Plus, college professors regularly report that they find A.P. students better prepared for intense academic work.
So it’s no wonder that AP courses fit right in with CHCA’s already challenging college prep curriculum. As our students grow and thrive in a culture of vigorous inquiry, persistent effort, and thoughtful attention to their individual gifts, AP classes are often a natural next step as they become agile, innovative thinkers who desire to be fully prepared for the next step in their academic lives.
