Andrew Perkins accepts his award

Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy senior Andrew Perkins was recently honored with the “That’s my Boy” award at the 43rd annual National Football Foundation/Greater Cincinnati Chapter banquet. The prestigious prize is given to two Tri-state student athletes who most exemplify excellence in football, academics, and extracurricular involvement. Perkins was announced as one of the two recipients at the banquet, which took place on February 18th at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza Hotel.

Also honored was fellow CHCA senior Jake Schomaker, who was named Ohio Division V Offensive Lineman of the Year. The Anthony Munoz Foundation awards this honor to football players who show success on the field, in the classroom and in the community. Jake was among just 12 offensive and defensive division winners from across Southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky.
