“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” - Philippians 4:13Under the guidance of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Bill Schomaker (shoelace@cinci.rr.com), CHCA’s weight training program has a unique philosophy: help athletes build strength and improve performance (instead of just power lifting and body building) so they can perform safely, in a Christ-centered environment. This aim has helped CHCA athletes be the best they can be on the field and court through conference championships, state title runs and day-to-day conditioning.
