December 18 - Christmas sweater, t-shirt or holiday shirt day - Uniform bottoms
December 19 - Christmas sock and accessories day (jewelry, headbands, bows and ties) Uniforms required
December 20 - Red & Green dress up day - Uniforms NOT required
Save yourself a trip to the mall, and do your Christmas shopping in our Alumni Christmas Gift Guide. Gift ideas galore from companies and services created by our own CHCA alumni. These is something for everyone on your list!
The Art Room is in need of gift wrap tubes that come from the center of your holiday gift wrap paper. These will be used for a project that begins after the holiday break. Please send in with your child and their teacher will make sure Mrs. Varner receives them.
The Grade K-1 and 2-3 Christmas programs were video recorded onto one DVD, available for order for $25. Be sure to place your order for the Christmas Program DVD before the deadline on 12-08-17. The DVD/Headshot order form will also include the headshot and Grade 3 cast photos. Cherish the memories!
Please join us for Chapel tomorrow - our very own wonderful Jon Paris will be our Chapel speaker.
Our annual Fall Book Fair will be held the week of December 11 - 15. This will make for some wonderful shopping ideas. We are using a new company this year in hopes of providing a wide range of materials that will encourage lots of reading! Each class will come to the Book Fair during their scheduled library time. They may also come earlier in the week for a preview visit.
Hip Hop is a high-energy, fast-paced class in which students will learn basic beginner hip hop moves and put them all together into routines. CHCA Dance Academy is proud to offer clean and age-appropriate hip hop to our young boys!
Registration remains open through UltraCamp here. The class will be held in the dance studio on the MSL campus on Fridays from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. Come join the fun! For any students with additional questions there will be a representative to address those after our chapel tomorrow.

Congrats to this week's Beacons of the Week-Upper School Science Teacher and Robotics Coach Andy Ciarniello, and the more than 40 Upper School students, parents, and friends of the CHCA Robotics team! This group hosted more than 200 elementary school students from 20 teams across the Greater Cincinnati region for the FLL FIRST LEGO Robotics tournament held at the Upper School. There will be a rummage sale again this school year held at the Upper School Gym on 04/28/18, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please start saving your donations!
