UE Office

As we continue to make the operation of carpool run more efficiently and safely, numbered traffic cones will be in place each day to designate car lanes. Therefore, only pull into lanes that are clearly marked with a numbered cone. Thank you for partnering with us!


Eagles Zone

There is no Eagles Zone on Friday, 10/20/17 and Friday, 11/17/17. Instead, register your student for the UE Friday Fun Days. 


UE Office

Lost and Found is located in the cafeteria. Please have your student check for any jackets, sweaters and other uniform items. In addition, there are books, lunch bags and water bottles waiting to be claimed. All items will be out for you to check through during parent-teacher conferences. All items remaining after Friday, 11/03/17 will be donated.


Mrs. Baxter

Mrs. Kathie Baxter, school counselor for Gr 4-8, will be available to conference with parents Wednesday, 10/25/17, 4:30-8:30 p.m. To schedule an appointment please email her at Kathie.Baxter@chca-oh.org, request a time, and she will respond with a confirmation. If that evening is not convenient, Mrs. Baxter is also available for appointments on regular school days.


UE Office

The FreeStore reached out to our school in need of 500 coats in various sizes: infant, toddler, children, teen and adult. The coat give away will take place at Rothenberg Preparatory Academy in OTR later this month. A collection barrel is located in the entrance of the Upper E through Wednesday, 10/25/17

As the days become chillier, please remind your children that hoodies and non-approved uniform sweaters, jackets, fleeces, etc. are not allowed in the classrooms. Please check pages 29-30 of the Family Handbook if you have questions.

Gr 1-6 meet at the Founders’ Campus Gym at 10:00 a.m. Gr 7-12/Adults meet at the HS Gym at 1:30 p.m. It is $60 per team which benefits CHCA Boys Basketball program. Parent/Teachers Conferences are Wednesday, 10/25/17 and Thursday, 10/26/17. Registration is now open for CHCA’s PickATime Scheduling System to book your preferred times  - this is on a first-come basis! The sooner you log on and schedule your time with your teachers, the more choices you have. A confirmation will be sent via email as soon as you make your appointment. Scheduling for conferences closes Friday, 10/20/17 at 5 p.m.
