All CHCA middle school and Armleder fifth through eighth graders are invited to this all-new social at The Web (7172 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd. 45069), one of the newest and most exciting entertainment centers in the Tri-State area. We'll celebrate the end of the school year with a late night party, featuring exclusive and unlimited access to lasertag, go-karting, mini-bowling, putt putt golfing, jumbo jenga, nachos, popcorn, and drinks. It's sure to be a fantastic way to end another great year of middle school socials!
The cost of this social is
$20/student $15/student (reduced because of great participation at the socials this year!) and includes admission to the exclusively-rented facility, unlimited turns on all of the activities (including lasertag, go-karting, mini-bowling, putt putt golfing, and jumbo jenga), refreshments (nachos, popcorn, lemonade, and water), and 8 free arcade tokens. Students must be 10 years old and 56" tall to drive the go-karts and must operate the karts in a safe manner. Drop-off/check-in (10:45-11pm) and pick-up (2am) are both at The Web (7172 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd. 45069) and students will not be allowed to leave the building without prior permission until parent pick-up at 2am.
What to Bring/Wear
Wear comfortable and appropriate clothes (crew-neck t-shirts/sweatshirts, jeans/shorts, etc), but avoid sleeveless shirts, shorter-than-fingertip shorts, skirts, or "fashion" outfits. Students who are not dressed appropriately will not be checked-in or admitted to the social until they have changed into appropriate clothes. Students should not bring food or drinks (including caffeinated drinks, energy drinks, or 5-hour-energy-type products), and students are responsible for all clothing and belongings that they choose to bring to this social. Just remember, modest is hottest!
We'll need parents to help check-in students, serve refreshments, and monitor activities. Volunteering is also a great chance to connect with other CHCA parents and observe the students interacting in a casual and fun environment, so if you'd like to help, just indicate your interest on your online registration form or contact Lance Webel. Thanks so much!
Registration for the All-Night Extravaganza closed Friday April 26th at 11:59pm. For security and efficiency reasons, we cannot accept late registrations.
If you have any questions or concerns (including registration or financial issues), please contact Lance Webel. Thanks, and hopefully we'll see you there!
