Details

Basic Information
The cost of this social is $20/student $15/student (reduced because of great participation at the socials this year!) and includes admission to the exclusively-rented facility, unlimited turns on all of the activities (including lasertag, go-karting, mini-bowling, putt putt golfing, and jumbo jenga), refreshments (nachos, popcorn, lemonade, and water), and 8 free arcade tokens.  Students must be 10 years old and 56" tall to drive the go-karts and must operate the karts in a safe manner.  Drop-off/check-in (10:45-11pm) and pick-up (2am) are both at The Web (7172 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd. 45069) and students will not be allowed to leave the building without prior permission until parent pick-up at 2am.

What to Bring/Wear
Wear comfortable and appropriate clothes (crew-neck t-shirts/sweatshirts, jeans/shorts, etc), but avoid sleeveless shirts, shorter-than-fingertip shorts, skirts, or "fashion" outfits. Students who are not dressed appropriately will not be checked-in or admitted to the social until they have changed into appropriate clothes. Students should not bring food or drinks (including caffeinated drinks, energy drinks, or 5-hour-energy-type products), and students are responsible for all clothing and belongings that they choose to bring to this social. Just remember, modest is hottest!

Parent/Student Volunteers
We'll need parents to help check-in students, serve refreshments, and monitor activities. Volunteering is also a great chance to connect with other CHCA parents and observe the students interacting in a casual and fun environment, so if you'd like to help, just indicate your interest on your online registration form or contact Lance Webel.  Thanks so much!
