CARPOOL INFO & TIPS: Welcome back to school, parents!  Here are a few things to keep in mind to help carpool go smoothly this year.

• Afternoon carpool begins at 3:15.
• Students with last names A-L line can be picked up on the MCC road by the playground. Please exit at the traffic light across from Harper’s Point after picking up your child. MCC has asked that we not go through the MCC lot or exit at the church entrance.
• Students with last names M-Z can be picked up in the front circle. Exit onto Snider Road.
• Please drive slowly in the carpool lane and pull up as far as you can along the sidewalk.
• We ask that you not get out of your car. There are parking spaces in the MCC parking lot if you need to come into the building.
• Students must enter the car from the passenger side.
• Be sure your carpool card is visible on the passenger side visor.
• Buses have the right of way and need a wide berth to exit the bus loop.
• It is helpful to us is Middle school students can be picked up at the upper MCC parking lot—this connects to our CHCA property. We cannot release EBL students to a MS sibling to meet you at the MCC lot; parents should walk to the sidewalk that connects the upper MCC lot to our CHCA property to pick up EBL children.
• By 3:30 the carpool area is less congested so you may wish to wait and pick up your children at that time.
• All students should be picked up by 3:40. Please call if you know you will be late. If that is the case, we will take your child to our Eagles Landing program. There is a charge for this service.
• It the weather is inclement, the children will be kept inside of the building. However, they can still be picked up in the same areas. We will bring the children out to your cars.
