Approximate Months: Pre-season practice: Early March
Regular season competition: April- May
Practices: Monday - Friday:
Indoor practice: rotating schedule of 3:30-5:15pm and 5:15-7:00pm (baseball and softball alternate)
Outdoor practice: 3:30pm - 5:30pm
Practice Location: Founder's Campus Gym and Upper Field

Sports of All Sorts Batting Cages
Competition Schedule: Anticipate approximately 10 games, plus scrimmages. Games last 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
Cost: Required:
Participation fee: $225 first sport, $175 second sport, $75 third sport
Required team gear (purchased through BSN Sports): Socks (either white or black $8), T-shirt (white or black for under the uniform top, $15)
Required individual gear (not purchased through school): Fielder’s glove (new or used), athletic shoes or molded cleats, approx. $75-150).
Team activitiesParents may sign up to provide a light snack/water for games days. (cost varies)

• Bat, personal batting helmet, sweatpants, sweatshirt for colder games.
Spirit wear: available for purchase through Eagle Store Spirit Pack:  Softball T-shirts, sweats, hats, bags, car magnets, etc. (cost varies)
Expected Parent Involvement: • Transportation is provided to practice and games but parents must provide transportation home.
• A volunteer scorekeeper for games.
Additional Information: The girls need to provide water for practices and games.
This sport has open registration and does not make cuts

Spring 2015-2016 Three Step Registration Process - Details

  1. Register and schedule payment online in UltraCamp to join roster
  2. Complete athletic eForms online in FinalForms  (This FinalForms Parent Playbook will help you get started.)
  3. Return paper OHSAA Physical pages 3 & 4 (requires doctor signature) to the Athletic Office in the building where your student will attend classes. Do NOT return forms to the front desk at any building or directly to your coaches.  Two ways to print this:
    • Print a pre-completed version directly from FinalForms
    • Print a blank version from this PDF
Cancellation Policy:  If you or your student-athlete decides to leave the team after they are registered in UltraCamp, you are responsible log back in to your UltraCamp account and cancel the reservation. You must cancel your registration by the deadline otherwise you will be charged the full amount and no refund will be given. Reporting this change to the coach, the Athletic Office or Programs@chca-oh.org does not cancel your registration or eliminate your scheduled payment and you will still be charged the full amount and no refund will be given.
